Privacy
YOU DONE IT (customkillerparties.com) is run by Fork Yeah Labs LLC, which is the data controller for the information described here. We make murder mystery party games for private gatherings. To do that we hold a small amount of information about you and the people you invite. This page says exactly what, why, and how to get rid of it.
What we store about you
When you make an account we store your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the name and profile picture Google gives us. That is used to sign you in and to show you your own parties. Nothing else.
What we store about your guests
When you build a party you can type in your guests' names, optionally their email addresses, and optional notes you write yourself — how you know them, a personality word, a detail you want woven into their character. We store those alongside your party so the mystery can be written around real people and so each guest can be sent their own private character page.
Guest details are visible only to you, the host, and to the guest who opens their own private link. They are never shown to other hosts, never sold, never used for advertising, and never added to any mailing list. We do not ask your guests for passwords, payment details, or access to any other service.
RSVPs
Your RSVP link is a public page. Anyone you send it to can type a name, a reply, and an optional note, and that is stored with your party so you can see who is coming. Only you can see the full RSVP list.
How the mystery gets written
The story, characters, and clues are generated by an AI model. The party details and guest names and notes you enter are sent to that model to write the mystery. They are not used to train it.
Payments
We never see or store card numbers. Payment details are handled entirely by the payment provider.
How long we keep it
Your parties and their guest lists stay in your account until you delete them. Delete a party and its guests, characters, and RSVPs go with it. Ask us to close your account and everything in it is removed.
Getting your data removed
Email hello@customkillerparties.com and ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or full deletion. A guest can write to the same address to have their own name and email taken out of a party.
